William epitomizes motivation, passion, and energy. I worked with Will on a stretch assignment while implementing some new processes his office for a two month period and have found him to be one of the most intrinsically motivated people I have ever been around. Amidst changing policies and processes he was always receptive, understanding, and an extremely quick learner to new ideas. More than that, his communication skills and ability to relate to our field staff personnel are exceptional.
