  The Bethel Construction and Green Trades Program is a Federally funded program (enacted by the Workforce Investment Act of 1998) located out of Kalapuya High School. My program helps lower income, academically challenged youth between the ages of 14 and 22 obtain their Diploma/GED, establish a career path through work experience and internships, earn college credit/experience, and ultimately obtain a job within their field.
