  I currently work as a Bar Manager at a Joules Brewery pub located in Stoke-on-Trent. I have worked here for over two years now, gaining promotion to Bar Manager after my first 12 months. My role mainly consists of Bar work, and keeping smiles on the faces of the customers through good service, and products. My job also allows me to take part in marketing campaigns as I am frequently asked how sell a product via Social Media and notice boards (posters ect). I took the job as flexible work whilst at University, and it has served me well ever since.

  This was my first paid job, and I started when I was 16. I trained as a Lifeguard whilst working at the local swimming baths and gained my qualification within 4 months. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience as it taught me key employability values that I have since taken into other work; focus, drive and most importantly being personable.
