I worked with Will Graham at the Godfrey Group for 5 years. Will was an excellent manager and graphic artist. The most professional team leader I've ever worked with. When everything blew up in the art department, which was quite frequent,....equipment failures, work overloads, hectic phone calls, internal or external, difficult artwork scenarios......Will was there everyday in a jiffy to save the day. Will can handle extreme pressure with ease. Will also is an extremely talented artist. Will also knows large scale printing machines inside and out....Mimaki, Roland, HP, Teleios etc... On numerous occasions Will saved the the Godfrey Group thousands of dollars by fixing broke machines himself rather than hiring expensive repairmen. Will also is very personable, very funny, and a great friend. Will always treats his fellow employees with respect. He knows how to manage a department well without micro-managing his subordinates. Will would be an awesome asset to any company.

I am glad to have worked with Will Graham in several capacities at The Godfrey Group over the course of my nearly seven years there. As the manager of the busiest and most deadline-driven department there, Will worked well under constant deadline pressure, coordinating staff, materials and other resources to meet client needs while protecting the interests and margins of the company. Will implemented numerous process improvements to better manage the production schedule and make the organization more efficient. He took on the responsibility of bringing online several new technologies and processes, such as dye sub fabric printing, that directly and positively impacted the company's bottom line. Will also managed the move of his department's equipment and systems to the new corporate headquarters in 2006 while still maintaining an aggressive print production schedule.
