I have known Will for a little over 10 years now in both a working and personal level. Will and I worked together on the IT team at Carlson Leisure Travel Group for over two years. There he was always willing to share his knowledge in telecom and specifically in Avaya design and administration. Will is very easy to work with and always willing to lend a hand when needed. With his advanced knowledge in telecom systems I would not hesitate to recommend Will for any position. He would be a great asset and addition to any team.
