Our goal was to make it dramatically easier for small groups and communities to work together by making an all-in-one platform where users could chat and transparently pool and spend money towards common goals. We raised a seed round and scaled the team from 2 to 10. As a technical cofounder my role was broad and touched every aspect of the business including coding the original app in (React Native mobile and React web apps), making key architectural and technology decisions, product management, designing user-facing feature as well as operations and fundraising.
