      I successfully oversee and manage the tendering and delivery of concrete and masonry contracts.       I managed my time effectively to maximise productivity and efficiency for up to 20 contracts with a minimum of 4 live running contracts. I audited each site to ensure that Health and Safety procedures are adhered to in accordance with the RAMS and that Quality Assurance checks are taken place throughout the installation of the contract so that our product is delivered to the highest standard. I have established and maintained effective working relationships within the company and acted as a line manager for SMD site staff where my duties include appraisals and performance monitoring.
