I worked with Will for a period of time whilst I transitioned into my new role with BOC Edwards on INTEL site. Will was very supportive and demonstrated a very managed and controlled position along with demonstrating a wealth of experience, technical detail, planning in a challenging customer facing environment. Will was very customer focused whilst concentrating on value add tasks to ensure the team maintained tightly controlled KPI's and BOCE maintained a quality presence on site. Will allowed me the space and time to transition and eventually take over from him in a managed and controlled fashion with no affect to the site business. Will was a pleasure to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for future position.....Paul

Will is an excellent manager of people and resources. I trusted Will to ensure that my equipment engineering projects had efficient and commercially attractive service packages, for complex applications. Wills' good humour, positive attitude and attention to fine detail assured our team that our customers would be well served.
