From the spec phase to the QA phase, Will is very involved. He communicates very well with the Product and Engineering teams to make sure he understands what the spec is asking for as well as what is being implemented. Even when things break in production, he's able to handle them while calming people down. I have never seen him act impatient, angry, or frustrated with a coworker. He is always very calm and works closely with engineers to resolve issues quickly. There were several times when his tests caught things faster than the alerts did. He's truly amazing and skilled at what he does.
