Responsible for all logistics support for a 800 person organization to include maintenance, property accountability, supply, and discretionary funds.

Responsible for all maintenance operations for over 500 pieces of rolling stock with an extremely high mission tempo. Lead synchronization meetings of over 35 maintenance technicians and specialists to identify failure trends, parts consumption rates, and develop innovative solutions.

• Aug 2013 - Jun 2014

Responsible for a team of 3 personnel providing logistical support to 796 personnel dispersed across southern Afghanistan. Facilitated the turn-in of over 190 pieces of rolling stock, 200 containers, and 2,000 pieces of non-rolling stock in support of the Army's strategic drawdown. Upon redeployment, planned and supervised the initial actions to more than double the unit's logistical capabilities.

• Aug 2012 - Aug 2013

Responsible for all operations of a 580 person Task Force deployed to southern Afghanistan. Trained and deployed a ten person operations center, managing logistical convoys and route clearance operations simultaneously.

• Oct 2011 - Aug 2012

Manage warehouse operations in support of a 4500 person Stryker Brigade Combat Team. Responsible for 47 personnel and over $21 Million in inventory and equipment. Developed and implemented a solution to allow the warehouse to be completely mobile within 72 hours and able to operate in austere environments to no supporting infrastructure.

• Feb 2011 - Oct 2011

Responsible for the synchronization of land and air assets in support of a Stryker Brigade Combat Team operating across southern Afghanistan. Also coordinated for the unit's redeployment and realignment and the end of the deployment consisting of the movement of over 300 containers and 500 pieces of rolling stock.
