During Will's time at iGlobal Forum, he consistently demonstrated his tech-savviness, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond. Will was a team player who brought value to our organization through his technical knowledge and ability to learn new skills. I have no doubt that he will excel in any position. His friendly demeanor and ever-present smile are greatly missed, and I wish Will all the best.

(Still same job and role as before and still at Mind the Product!) Achievements: ● I organised and ran 2 global social events called World Product Day, which had product people from all over the world engage with Mind the Product, ProductTank, and each other on all social channels. With over 1000 uses of the hashtag on Twitter on the day, we were trending in the product world. ● With a simple 1 day Twitter campaign, I hit over 75K impressions with over direct 900 engagements on a successful campaign with the aim of spreading positivity throughout the product community. ● In a separate video campaign, over 5 days I generated 136,702 impressions, 1522 reactions, and 935 UPV to our paid webpages through testing different formats and social channels ● I set up and maintain a healthy support network for our 5 Regional Co-ordinators and over almost 1000 ProductTank Organisers ● Set Objective Key Results (OKRs) for the Mind the Product Community team to keep our goals aligned and on track ● Planned and researched initiatives to help organisers create high quality in-person and digital meetups ● I regularly kept the Pendo and Mind the Product marketing team updated on relevant social media changes through regular Slack blasts and a living document ● I worked around the pandemic to find the best way to pivot and organise successful digital/hybrid meetups for the ProductTank community ● I ran and moderated the Mind the Product social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Slack, Circle, YouTube, and Vimeo) ● I created and maintained a monthly organiser update newsletter via Mailchimp ● I’ve edited videos of ProductTank content for our editorial team to use in our blog ● Re-purposed Mind the Product’s old video content into smaller, captioned clips for social media and marketing Show less

My job role is to provide high levels of support to the Marketing Manager in the delivery of various projects. In some cases, this meant organising and delivering projects myself. I proved my resourcefulness in this through generating business’ interest in our projects through the phone, in person, Email and social media. I front the marketing and advertising for both consumers and businesses for various BID projects. I created successful social media campaigns such as ‘Good Morning Cambridge’ where I post a beautiful picture of Cambridge in all weather conditions with a brief weather report aiming to attract tourists and locals to the city centre and ‘Business of the Day’ highlighting business in the BID area attracting people into BID business. Businesses were delighted to have the extra promotion and would make specific offers for the campaign. After seeing my work with Cambridge BID and working with me, Visit Cambridge requested for me to look after their website, social media and send consumer emailers.Job role included:• Managing BID’s Social Media • Using Google Analytics • Updating and developing Cambridge BID Website • Liaising with businesses• Writing Press Releases for website • B2B comms • Research and assistance in new Projects • Data entry tasks• Managing City Ambassador team • Organise Street Cleaning• Recruiting and Interviewing Ambassadors • GDPR trained• Database Research • Leading and organising projects Show less

As an Ambassador, my focus was to approach and assist the public by answering any questions. My responsibilities increased when I was made de-facto manager for various months where I had to organise projects for the team. I oversaw Ambassador promotion where I started a few projects such as the weekly 'Best of Cambridge' series on YouTube where I filmed, edited and uploaded the videos for YouTube every week. I also pitched ideas such as the 'Selfie with an Ambassador' competition and the summer treasure hunt. I oversaw the Ambassador's Snapchat where I took at least 5 photos a day to post online. All ideas and projects were well planned and thought out focusing on budget and promoting the BID's brand as well as the Ambassadors.
