Bio
Daniel Christopher
Will is a fantastically skilled and knowledgeable front-end engineer. From shipping rock solid features, to improving build systems across all our single page apps, he’s been a truly irreplaceable member of the team. We started around the same time, and it was great to watch Will quickly established himself as a technical leader far beyond the responsibilities he was initially hired for. I'm a better engineer for working with Will, and I really hope our professional paths cross again!

I really enjoyed working with Will during my time at Udacity! He was laser focused on improving the lives of both our students, and his team members, and provided great leadership to the frontend teams that he worked on as well as across the organization. Once Will finds something that works for his projects, he frequently takes the initiative to build tools making it easier for other teams to use what he’s learned. During my time working with him, he led projects launching a Q&A system, and a chat web app for students to discuss projects, and courses. While building these projects he generalized the setup to be used between those projects, as well as for the several projects that were starting up at the time. This saved weeks of bootstrapping work for our teams, and allowed all projects to benefit from the work he was doing thanks to their more consistent setups. Because of his ability to drive innovation, and empower his coworkers to do their best work, Will would make a valuable asset to any team. I hope to work with him again in the future.
