I managed the operations of the Graphmada Graphite Mine in Madagascar. In partnership with executive management, I directly oversaw the implementation of the optimization and expansion of the mine for which the capital program was delivered on time and on budget and completed in parallel with implementation of a first in-country sustainability program. The mine was recommissioned and fully operational within an 18-month period without a Lost Time Incident. I supported executive management in completing numerous off-take and sales agreements across Europe, the USA, China, and India, with the Company reaching a market capitalization of A$80 million, a 13 times multiple from the commencement of the project. As part of both operational and project-related activities, I liaised on a regular basis with communities and their representatives and engaged with government and regulatory authorities, such as various Ministries and Departments.
