1. Teambuilder: a. I transitioned the finance team from 3 to 8 people, duties included recruitment, managing KPI’s, salary and bonus evaluations; b. Insourcing the accounting function of 8 companies, thereby reducing the accounting professional service fee by R1.5M annually. c. Managed various stakeholder relationships, such as Norfund, Stanlib and Old Mutual as minority investors in the project companies; Standard Bank as lender and transactional banker; EY as auditors; fellow management team such as VP of Supply Chain, the VP of Development etc. 5. Prepare for the external audit of 13 companies, budgets, timelines or co-ordinate with EY; 6. Monthly management reporting on profit and loss, project spent, office hours and analysis of key office metrics 7. Prepare provisional and annual income tax returns (SARS public officer); 8.
