A great technical leader with passion for improvement, that is how I see Wilhelm. We partnered our Engineering and Projects departments during two years of Product Launches and Continuous Improvement, when several complex automotive components were released to our high-quality customers, and the plant strived to raise the manufacturing standards. I can honestly say that it was exciting to have meaningful discussions with him to formulate solutions for our biggest operational problems. In addition to his previous educational achievements, he was and still is constantly developing himself through business courses and thoughtful reading.
