Prof. Vosse was my advisor during my MA program at ICU. Throughout the last 2 years, I have learnt really much from him. With his profound expertise, professional manner and genuine kindness, prof. Vosse could really much inspire his students.

Professor Wilhelm Vosse is an extremely knowledgeable and well-respected scholar of public policy and social research at the International Christian University (ICU) in Tokyo, Japan. As my advisor and professor during my two years as a Rotary Peace Fellow there at ICU, I found him to be extremely helpful in terms of guidance and critical feedback on my MA Thesis. His strong familiarity with Japanese political thought and foreign policy/security policy was especially valuable to me, as my thesis involved both the role of Japanese govt and NGO actors in disaster response. I highly recommend him as an advisor, mentor and professor for anyone fortunate enough to study at the same institution.
