CLIENT: SABIC/ National Industrial Gases Co. (GAS), Yanbu, KSA PROJECT UNDERTAKEN: To Install New Process Water Piping from PH-1 to PH-3 at GAS Yanbu. Project No. : SP-173200019 Yanbu, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ROLE: -Ensuring that Safety & Health programs on site are adhered to. -Oversee projects from start to finish. -Prepare material estimate and method of statements. -Prepare and submit technical Queries and red line drawings. -Select appropriate construction methods & ensure that the project meet design specifications. -Prepare schedules, forecasts & time tables. -Interpret & explain contracts, scope of work & technical information to subordinates & workers onsite. -Instruct & supervise construction personnel & activities onsite. -Respond to work delays, other problems & emergencies. -Ensure that the project comply with legal requirements, codes & other regulations. -Prepare reports on work progress & budget matters to the Project Manager. -Ensure that the projects are completed on time & within budget. -Participate in Client/Contractor Meetings and resolve technical project issues. -Ensure effective Client/Contractor communications. -Done other responsibilities as assigned.
