My focus at NCC was generating new business by finding mortgage professionals and creating a channel for lead flow. Helping source those potential leads from these folks and then qualifying them to return back to the lender. The focus was maintaining that relationship and solving the needs of both the clients and the lead sources. I moved up through the ranks starting at credit advisor until eventually I moved up to the sales roles. I was a CEO for the D2E shirt company as part of Oregon State University's Austin Entrepreneurship program. This company produced shirts for a wide variety of clients, from individuals to the entire Weatherford residence hall. I was in charge of organizing the my 5 employees, meeting with potential clients and selling our services. We sold over 1,900$ in shirts, and our profits where all donated to the Oregon State Enactus club. I worked for OfficeMax as a store associate, which was actually my introduction into proper customer service, sales and how to work to solve problems. Here I learned how to up-sell warranties and additional items to go with a product.
