The company has several products that have some technology used, which ends up creating a diversified park of projects. The projects in which I work now and I worked before are in the segments of finance, payments, affiliates, CRM and even DNA analysis. My responsibilities are: front-end development with jQuery and Vue.js; back-end development with PHP (mainly Laravel and Code Igniter); management of servers (Linux) and infrastructure (operations in general); devops, docker, bash, delivery and continuous integration; requirements analysis and management; creation of tests and environments for product approval. Today the company has a well-defined processes to manage its relatively large project park (we have more than 60 sites running in total) with an automated infrastructure and high-speed software production.

I started at UniFagoc as a developer, worked as a technical leader, coordinator and then as a technology consultant. I was responsible for professionalizing and reformulating the entire technological park of the college, which opened doors for it to become a university center and be a reference in its region. My main learning was: people leadership; software production for the web; management and maintenance of Linux servers and machines; resource management; internal company processes; production processes; automation tools; technologies such as Ajax, PHP, Perl and front-end frameworks. The institutional website and its CMS as well the educational management system were designed and developed by me and my team. During my time there we reformulated their IT area. The base we created was improved with subsequent management, placing the university center even on the radar of major networks.

In this experience I worked with VB6 and SQL Server, served clients, performed office services, in addition to programming, and performed on-site installations and maintenance. Things I learned from this experience: advanced queries and management of relational databases; real flow of a software company; posture and sense of ownership and belonging; support and understanding of customer demand; business intelligence and georeferencing; desktop software development. My time at the company represented a major advance in the installation of releases and distribution of our software, making our product Agent easily licensed for affiliates from all over Brazil.
