With Wiktor, we have met years ago, and we did cooperate in certain projects. I did work with Wiktor over 9 years creating and developing together modern FCMG organization and Polish market leader in the rice and dry bread segment of food market. Wiktor as the person responsible for international trade and logistic for raw materials including rice has unique expertise about global market and all regulations related to import and tariffs. He understand the upstream process from the field to the packing / processing plant releasing the costs in very efficient way and creating very effective process. Wiktor as procurement director has as well unique negotiation skills and competencies to deliver lowest total cost of ownership not compromising quality and standard of the commodities. Over the years he built strong network of connection worldwide and is capable to find specific raw materials with high standards under optimal cost even for very unique materials. He has deep knowledge in the international contracting and resolving even most sophisticated challenges related to legal subjects, licences and financing the trade. Wiktor is also the expert in case of inbound and outbound logistic locally and internationally having deep knowledge in case of INCOTERMS and finding the most cost effective way of exportation and importation. Although he is great expert with lot of analytical skills as a manager is great leader, coach and mentor for his team having unique competencies to resolve the human problems, empowering the team and proactively motivating people to aim high and collaborate.
