I had many positive dealings with Wiktor during the contract between GTS and Maersk Oil Qatar. Wiktor was involved as the marine advisor then as QHSSE advisor and regularly consulted with one another with regards to the FSO Africa and FSO Asia in regards to operations of the mooring masters and assistant mooring masters on board and safety and marine aspects of the operation.

To whom it may concern; In my position as Site Manager, FSO Conversion Site, I was fortunate enough to have Wiktor working in our Marine Department Dubai FSO Project Office from October 2008 until January 2010. Wiktor was employed as a Marine Superintendent for two of our offshore FSO facilities along with providing support and marine expertise to our Al Shaheen Offshore Operations Wiktor provided the service of developing a positive mind set & improving the Safety Culture of a Multi National mixed discipline workforce. Wiktors work was completed to the highest possible standards & his reporting was always at highest level. His many years of working in the Oil & Gas industry are very much present in the way he shares his knowledge, skills & abilities. Given the opportunity in the future I would not hesitate to utilize Wiktor again & would certainly recommend him to any potential Employer. Signed. Gert Kruse
