As a Revenue Manager, I develop and implement revenue management strategies for Outpost's cluster of properties to maximize revenue and occupancy, also conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing to identify revenue optimization opportunities.I'm responsible for regularly reviewing and adjusting pricing, inventory availability, property details, and system details in all distribution channels, including OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), direct bookings, PMS, and corporate partnerships. As a Coliving Coordinator, I meet the member in person and coordinate with them over the phone or via email to ensure that the guest's concerns are addressed. I also introduce members to the community and facilitate connections.
