  Nathan Shields, my husband and I began Pinnacle in 2003 and have since merged with Will Humphreys to create a new company, Rise Rehab, that runs all 4 of our clinics around the east valley and in Florence and Coolidge areas. We have amazing employees and are always looking for more. We not only look to grow our business but improve the lives of our patients and our staff.
