I've had the privilege of reporting directly to Whitnie twice in my life - first at Pizza Hut, second at Smoky Mountain Brewery. I think that speaks to how fantastic of a manager and leader she is. She is someone who can be trusted to have your back. She will help you with any and everything, be patient with you while she coaches you, and always gets the job done right the first time, typically before you've even had a chance to ask her to do it. She is so proactive and eager in that way. Any employer would be lucky to have Whitnie on their team, and any employee would be lucky to have Whitnie as a leader, coach, and friend.
