Whitney was an amazing administrator. During my time working with her, she demonstrated great organizational skills, logical reasoning, conflict resolution, leadership and the ability to adapt in a challenging environment. Whitney is able to take direction, but also operate on her own initiative in achieving organizational mandates and vision. Her dedication to both her job and her community is second to none. I would be hard pressed to find another administrator who is able to excel the way she did, working in an Indigenous community safety and enforcement department. Although I was not involved with Whitney’s recruitment, I would not hesitate to hire Whitney again at the same level or more senior administrative management roles.
