In doing so, responsible for submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and pay requisitions. • Supervised punchlist, closeout and final payment of subcontractors. • Maintained job financials, including internal changes, expenses, contingency, fee, etc. Formulated monthly payment requisition and facilitated fast payment to all 40+ subcontractors on project. • Worked with interns to aid in their learning experience and gain construction knowledge throughout the summer. Preconstruction Department • Oversaw budgets while design continued on multiple projects for various owners. • Attended Owner/Architect meetings to discuss current budget and status of design on a weekly basis. • Presented final budgetary information to Owners based on subcontractor input.
