I started my online store in 2014. I design and sell home decor, apparel, and do custom graphic work for individuals and businesses. I sell on Etsy, Amazon, and from a personal website. It has taught me a lot about providing quality products as well as quality customer service. A lot of the work I do is custom so it requires answering customers in a timely manner, understanding and executing their wants. I have over 700 five star reviews based on customer service, quality, and more. Websites: www.graphicdisplay.shop & https://www.etsy.com/shop/GraphicDisplay Show less

I worked for Whitney Bank at two of their locations in Lake Charles Louisiana, Country Club and Ryan Street. In total I worked with them for five years. I learned a lot about customer service and how to defuse stressful situations, which can come up when working with finances. I started as a part time teller at the Country Club branch, moved up to full time, an eventually transferred to the larger Ryan Street branch. There I was given more responsibility and trust by becoming a vault teller. I worked as a Temporary Office Assistant for Ron Williams Construction's HR office, as well as their payroll office. My duties included filing paperwork, organizing old filing cabinets, imputing data into a computer, answering phones, covering for others on vacation, and assisting with new hires. This was a temp position that taught me a lot about working in an office environment and helped me build confidence in the work place. This was a deli/gas station the helped me gain experience with leading others, and making sure a job gets done right. I gained a lot of experience multi tasking, training others, and dealing with a chaotic schedule (sometimes 12 to 18 hr shifts from 3am to 9pm if workers didn’t show).
