Charlotte was a great contributor to our practice and a true organisational change and leadership professional. We miss her and I would have no hesitation in recommending her in this field.

Charlotte is deep human capital expert. She has high energy and brings a fresh perspective. Having worked with Charlotte she has excellent people management skills and a strong delivery focus. I would highly recommend Charlotte. Savvas Koufou

Charlotte is sharp, professional and a real expert when it comes to delivering an improvement in your peoples performance. What stands her apart however, to others at the top of this game, is how she keeps a real human element to her work and in dealing with those she engages with. Personally I think Charlotte is one of the best around because she delivers her core ability with a real understanding of business generally which makes what she does even more powerful.

After years of working as part of L&D teams for multi-nationals, I realised I wanted to help as many people as possible become better versions of themselves. I founded White Grove back in 2008 to fulfil this dream. These days I still design all the White Grove development programmes, but my associates help me with workshop and course delivery. I love inspiring people and enabling delegates to have ‘lightbulb moments’ – those times when you see something has really resonated for someone, and you know it will translate into meaningful action. I also love connecting with delegates – it’s important to me to show empathy as it helps break down barriers with a new group. It’s a real buzz when someone comes up after a course and says that I’ve changed their view of things (especially if they admit they were a bit cynical in the first place!). Show less
