I have had the great opportunity to work with Whisper for close to 10 years. Whisper has helped immensly in my occupational maturation and I have learned a great deal regarding organization, follow-up and persistence from her example. She has never backed down from a request, responsibility, or challenge and contains the mentality that she will accomplish whatever she sets her mind too, no matter the process or the duration. She willingly accepts work loads above and beyond her "job description" because of her dedication to not only her employer, but her co-workers as well. Her thoughts and actions are forward thinking with the company's best intentions in mind. Whisper has consistently exceeded her comfort level to become the exceptional business woman she is today. She is fearless in meetings discussing management tactics and strategies and is able to ask the "difficult" questions to ensure the company is in fact "walking the walk".
