Team NorCal is the oldest, largest and most successful elite and lacrosse development program in the San Francisco Bay Area. 2017 will be our 10th year, and we have grown from a single team, to this year sponsoring 14 teams across Youth, Middle School, and High School Boys and Girls Divisions, which represent Northern California in local, regional and national lacrosse tournaments year round such as the Vail Shootout, the Maryland Summer Sizzle, the Santa Barbara Showdown, and Sandstorm, where we have won 15 Championships over the last 3 years. Over half of the US Lacrosse named HS All Americans and Academic All Americans in 2013 through 2016 in Northern California are Team NorCal alumni.
