Over the years, I have worked with Weston on several projects/events in the Denver Deloitte Office. Weston always genuinely shows up to every event and is consistently very engaging/present. He puts in maximum effort/energy to tasks, always yielding impeccable results. Weston is an excellent public speaker and really knows how to command the room while generating needed conversation. He is a role model to many people of all ages. Anyone who has the pleasure of working with Weston in any capacity will let you know: 1. He will not let you down. 2. He adds value to every task he is given (both big and small). 3. He always pushes the envelope of efficiency and creativity. Lastly, Weston makes his coworkers feel heard and hones in on their strengths while challenging them to grow, which few leaders remember to do. I would be ecstatic to have Weston on any of my teams in the future!
