I still remember Wess as a lifeguard coordinator at Blizzard Beach. It is always amazing to me the talent and success that came out of the 1998 Lifeguard team. Wess and I went our separate ways, but our paths crossed again when we hired him as a General Manager for IAM. During our time apart, Wess became a dynamic leader with whom I saw unlimited potential. Wess successfully opened Surf Lagoon Water Park and later joined our team as a key consultant for water parks around the world. When we had the opportunity to really grow StarGuard Elite it was a no-brainer to hire him to be the President. Wess has grown StarGuard Elite to levels that I never thought possible. His ability to balance financial, customer, and employee solutions are truly at an executive level. His passion to be the best has changed the aquatics industry and made StarGuard Elite the leader in lifeguard training.

I know Wesley for more than 4 years now and have been working with him from the time Atlantis The Palm was opened and we were in the process of implementing Ticketing, Access Control and Electronic Locker system for Atlantis. We were desparately looking for someone to take the onus of the system and Wesley inspite of his busy schedule voluentered himself for the system admin role. Over the years he is a master of the Gateway Ticketing, Skidata Access Control system installed. Wesley has been exceptionally good as a Direcotr for Waterpark Operations too though I don't have much knowledge about it but this is what I have heard from all his team members. I would highly recommend Wesley for all the skillsets that he has.
