  As a private consultant for most of my professional career, I've had the opportunity to help clients, in nearly all market segments, achieve their technology goals. From small websites and applications to enterprise level, multi-tiered platforms, I've worked on just about every type of project. I'm fluent in a wide variety of technologies and methodologies and consider continuing education one of the most important aspects of my success. I use resources such as Pluralsight to hone my existing skills and learn everything I can about the latest trends in software design and development. 2001 - April 2003 Found side jobs that I could do at night, mostly related to website development. May 2003 - Dec 2012 No longer working as the Director of IT for Mountain States Mortgage, I made my side business official & began doing business as Twin Peaks Technology, LLC. Originally I provided both software and networking services & support, however, I enjoyed being a programming far more and eventually all of my business was software & website development. Jan 2010 - Sep 2016 I changed the name of the business so that it better reflected the type of work I was doing. 100% of my business was software / website development & internet marketing related with most of my software development work coming from consulting companies such as ConsultNet. Oct 2016 - Present I no longer operate under a business name and work solely under my own name as a professional consultant. I find a lot of clients on my own and also work with different consulting agencies to provide contract work for their clients. Show less

I am a certified Master Neuro Linguistic Programmer and received my training from Christiane Turner through Quantum NLP. I'm am passionate about personal growth and have spent over a decade continually studying all forms of self-help, meditation, spirituality and so much more. My absolute favorite job in the world is coaching. That moment when I'm coaching a client and the wisdom just starts flowing out of me like an untamed river is such a natural high! I've never found anything that comes close to that feeling. I often marvel at what comes through in a coaching session as I'm sometimes unaware of every studying what I'm currently teaching!
