  Conceptualised the visual outworking of stylised shoots to connect parishioners isolated by the coronavirus pandemic to their church, including:- Initiated preliminary planning conversations with key stakeholders to best design film sets, lighting rigs and camera plots to achieve the desired visual outcome.- Created 3D models and real-life concepts of future sets and styles, giving stakeholders visual examples of what the desired outcomes could look like in execution.- Fabricated, wired, and programmed lighting sets as well as worked with industry standard fixtures to achieve proper exposure and visual flair through a camera lens.- Operated various cinematic and broadcast cameras, and trained operators on how to use them in a television environment to counter short-staffing.- Optimised lighting systems, including networking, maintenance scheduling, and re-configuration processes. - Operated MA Lighting Consoles, including MA, MA2, MA3 and dot2.- Worked in venues, doing site visits, checking that visions could be achieved safely and effectively.- Maintained lighting fixtures, cleaning, and minor service of moving lights.- Created various systems and frameworks that allowed our television studio to run on a nimble crew during the COVID-19 pandemic.
