Head Bartender | Pinnacle Club

May 2013 - Jul 2019
I prepare drinks with haste for Bomber season ticket holders as well as any other large events that take place at the stadium. Since Investors Group Field opened in 2013, our bartending team has worked hard to develop and maintain lasting relationships with the clients who purchase tickets within the Pinnacle Club. I was personally responsible for managing relationships with Bomber clients, including Gameday Sponsors and VIPs. I prepared drinks to restaurant specifications, trained bartending staff and looked after clientele. As the head bartender, I streamlined bar efficiencies, allowing management to halve the workforce needed every night. During my time there, I maintained regulars that have been coming in for decades, as well as built new customers that visit with frequency. Most importantly, I had a ton of fun doing it. Iit was my job to educate residential homeowners on the various types of windows and doors available when renovating or purchasing their home. By providing them with the knowledge they needed to make informed purchasing decisions, I ensured they were making the right choice for their home and instilled confidence in their decision. I owned and operated a small scale ($70,000-$80,000 annual) summer painting business. As a business owner, I managed marketing, sales, production, recruitment and day-to-day business operations. During the production season, the biggest challenge was juggling all of these different tasks simultaneously. Summer was a time of constant prospecting and booking of work, juxtaposed with the task of solving the inevitable daily problems that flare up when running a business.
