I worked closely with Wesley within the Public Health System and was greatly impressed by his ability to navigate complex situations and deliver sound outcomes. A pivotal part of this was Wesley's exceptional communication and negotiation skills. I would highly recommend Wesley and he would be an asset to any organisation.

Prof Zoe Wainer

I would recommend Wes due to his fantastic skills mix of clinical and financial insight, exactly what health needs to evolve, as well as his professionalism which is unyielding. Whilst we only worked together for a short period of time, his ability to lean in to challenges, pivot pending the needs of the business, always with quality of care at the forefront, and drive insightful reporting was most valuable.

Warringal Private Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care, a global healthcare company established in Sydney. In this role, I led a project review on the admission pathways across Ramsay Healthcare – Warringal Private Hospital. By conducting process mapping of the current pathways I identified existing blocks and barriers; recommended immediate actions, including the consolidation of admissions; and suggested future LEAN opportunities.
