Wesley is a proven recruiter, he recruited me into the Air National Guard when I was unsure if I wanted to continue my service after leaving Active Duty Air Force. Since that time, I had an awesome career, Wes reached out to me and allowed me to shadow him in recruiting when he was at the production level. He saw a trait in me and believed I would make a good recruiter. As a continued mentor, I did become a recruiter in a different unit. He continued his friendship and mentorship becoming the #1 leader to the State in Recruiting/Retention, attaining a level of promotion not common in this discipline. Becoming my supervisor/advisor in the field he mentored me and gave me the tools to succeed as a recruiter, recruiting manager to my last role as a peer. He continues to provide leadership advise, resources and support as I have turned to the civilian sector. I endorse Wes, a great communicator, representation to organizations, career/education counselor, and motivator. He is a team player and excellent trainer. Top Performer!! Thank you for everything Wes. Maryanne Jankowski, Former R/R Superintendent
