I am responsible for installing and maintaining routers, switches and servers in school districts throughout West TN. I work directly with ISP's, contractors, district Information Technology Staff, etc... to provide outstanding customer service on a daily basis. On call 24x7x365 to assure that our customers continue to have exceptional internet and VOIP service for their daily productivity. As a Field Engineer, I worked in West Tennessee and other parts of the United States as travel was extensive. I served as an extension to the network and voice engineering teams installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting network and telephony equipment. I worked directly with project management, Service delivery, inventory, operations, telco providers and contractors on a daily basis. I was involved in projects from their inception during the site survey stage through the design phase till the date of installation. My job was directly customer-facing. I scheduled installs and upgrades based on their needs and responded to trouble tickets that met ENA’s core values. I was responsible for the configuration and installation of all major computers at the University of Tennessee at Martin. I was also responsible for multiple maintenance and repairs on computers. I was later moved to the Multimedia area where I was made responsible for the installation and maintenance of all classroom and conference room technology.
