  In this role I took in reports of fraud, waste, and abuse. The title of the company is National Center for Disaster Fraud, under this I took in reports in regards to FEMA fraud. Within the company though I also worked with the Department of Homeland Security OIG, Health and Human Services OIG, and Housing and Urban Development OIG. Each of these hotlines I would take in reports for their respective issues. In this job I would talk to a wide variety of people, I learned how to communicate well with people with different dialects, verbiage, and different accents. I learned how to compress the fluff of a report and ask the right questions to make sure the report had everything the caller wanted to report in it. Show less
