      The parts manager was responsible to manage the activities of all parts related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and the attainment of Lithia’s performance targets. Assure stocking levels are sufficient to meet customer demands. Inventory investment to produce 6-8 turns per year to ensure maximum return on investment and customer satisfaction. Utilize inventory reports to manage inventory levels daily. Hold daily and monthly staff meetings as required covering key information. Receive, communicate and hold staff accountable to policy and procedure requirements and updates. Perform other administrative duties as required. Accountable for the physical appearance and maintenance of the parts inventory, retail display, wholesale, storage space, and other assets utilized by the parts department.
