I first met Wes when I started at Springs Window Fashions and headed up the team focused on motorization and IoT integration of window coverings. I was immediately impressed by Wes’ knowledge of engineering principles, ability to dig in and learn new technologies and most importantly, his passion for engineering! His passion showed up in nearly every aspect of his work and it was always a pleasure to watch how it manifested itself in his work. Wes was always good at finding creative solutions to any challenge that presented itself. Given the opportunity, I would love to work with Wes again and would always welcome his skills, knowledge and passion for engineering on my team!

I worked closely with Wes on the SWF Z-Wave window shades. Wes is very knowledgeable across a wide variety of engineering disciplines. Firmware coding, system design, mechanical systems (mechatronics), small motors, system design, design for manufacturing, manufacturing flow processes, product testing he does it all. I could rely on Wes to understand the issues I was having with the firmware and he would clear the roadblocks so we could get the product certified and in the market quickly.
