Wes and I did business together for over five years when I was at InfoHighway. As a telecommunications company, hardware expense was one of our biggest budget challenges. We always needed bigger, better, more powerful networking gear and anyone that knows the business knows that it gets very expensive. Additionally, management of the shipping, testing, and return process can be a huge administrative burden. Wes was always there for us no matter what the issue was. He would find the most inexpensive solution without me having to hound him to bring the price down, and when he sold me something he stood behind it, as did his entire team. They managed the process from start to finish with very few mistakes, and when they made a mistake it got fixed immediately. I would recommend Wes and NHR without hesitation.
