This includes having specialized meetings with various plant managers, plant supervisors, and the logistics team of all four child companies in order to all be on the same page. There is a lot of travel and dedication involved in this process. I put together TO DO Smartsheets and speadsheets with reminders and have to be sure that the projects and "to do" tasks are complete before a deadline. I love my job and I am currently pursing a Bachelor degree in business. I am never satisfied with any position I have unless it is the very top. I am a determined individual and always looking for my next opportunity. I strive to achieve goals and be the best I can be. Show less
