Assumable Rate Conversion (ARC) Loans give banks the ability to offer their borrowers up to 20-year fixed rate loans while keeping a variable rate loan on the bank's books. The ARC Program provides more benefits and flexibility than a traditional swap program without a derivative or the associated complexities and headaches. ARC was purposefully designed to exceed the needs of community banks and overcome challenges that those banks and their borrowers face with traditional loan hedging solutions (EX: complex documentation, hedge accounting, Dodd-Frank reporting, dual-settlements, increased regulation & capital requirements, etc). We are a trusted partner to hundreds of banks using ARC across the country to differentiate themselves from competitors and win more loans. Over the past 15 years, our lenders at SouthState have utilized the same ARC Program to great effect. Please contact me if you're interested in discussing how your bank can benefit from utilizing the SouthState Bank ARC Program! Show less
