  Formerly the Co-Director of the Chesterfield Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). This PSAP is the central call center for all community members and public safety organizations within Chesterfield, a county of over 330,000 citizens. Now the designated project manager representing Chesterfield County on the $32.8 million radio communications replacement contract awarded to Motorola in 2016. This project serves as a replacement and full upgrade of the radio communications system currently in use within Chesterfield County. This is part of an interconnected regional replacement project, in conjunction with the Counties of Henrico and Hanover, and the City of Richmond.
