In the last year at Catalyst, I have had the opportunity to work with Wes and get to know him. From day one in the role, he reached out to me proactively to share his interest in and passion for the CS space. We spoke regularly about the customer experience, and I watched Wes go above and beyond to understand the CS role, the CS space, and how our product was positioned in it. Wes consistently over-achieved his numbers, brought an optimistic and collaborative outlook to everything he did, and made an incredible impact & impression on my team, myself, and our (future) customers. I believe that Wes will be an amazing addition to any team and any company he joins next.
