Weronika joined the L3 UNIX Infrastructure team with zero experience. After 6 months I now class Weronika as an experienced sysadmin. This is a great achieved especially due to the fact that most of the team have had more than 10 years experience in the industry. She has shown enthusiasm, initiative and commitment to the work at hand. She is methodical and if she has a gap in her knowledge she is not afraid of sharing this with her colleagues so that the gap can be filled. Weronika has been very professional and I do not feel the need to micro manage her or chase her regarding dead lines. It has been a pleasure having Weronika as part of my team and all her colleagues have nothing but praise for her. Whatever Weronika decides to do in the future I wish her will but have no doubt that she will do well.

WealthArc is a fintech startup founded in Switzerland in early 2015. I joined the company as a second developer and after short time started to manage a team of three people. We created an Azure based SaaS platform for asset managers (C#, ASP.NET MVC, MSSQL Server, Azure WebJobs). WealthArc is a fintech startup founded in Switzerland in early 2015. I am working on a greenfield documents archivisation system. As a team member I design and develop three main system parts: server side (C#, SQL Server, NHibernate), desktop application (WPF), web client (ASP.NET MVC), all WCF and MSMQ interconnected. My other, individual responsibility is gathering client requirements, business and technical analysis, planning and prioritizing tasks. I am working on a greenfield documents archivisation system. I re-joined FICC Structured Credit team. The team develops, maintains and manages daily runs of a batch system (C# 3.5, Windows Workflow Foundation, Excel plug-ins). I deal with various tasks: developing C# components, writing technical documentation, managing the release cycle (which requires coordinating between developers, build engineers, Quants and QA teams), setting up and running the UAT environment.
