I worked with Weronika for 2 years in the R&D Team. We collaborated during numerous projects that combined biological expertise with the field of machine learning. I was also engaged in a project group led by Weronika that was responsible for whole genome profiling of cancer cells after CRISPR/Cas9 experiment and understanding of clinical significance of acquired mutations. I am so grateful that I could work with such an experienced biologist as Weronika. She has an incredible knowledge about cancer genetics and is always open to share it with others, by easily explaining complex biological issues. Her creativity and out-of-the-box thinking make her very comfortable in an interdisciplinary environment, working across data scientists, bioinformaticians and DevOps. Weronika is also aspirating Project Manager, utilizing Scrum methodology to successfully coordinate large project groups, from planning to execution. Weronika is extremely hardworking person, strongly concentrated on self development and acquiring additional knowledge not only from biology, but also aritifical intelligence. What is also important, she clearly understands business needs and prioritizes and implements them when coordinating projects.
