      I was invited to Taman Simalem Resort to help employees improve their level of confidence, to better their basic marketing skills and to help improve their English language. I presented them with training and learning material and also introduced Standard Operating Procedures. To do this i had to have a crash course about coffee and tea and had the challenge of trying to communicate with the Indonesian locals despite the language barrier. The main tasks behind my position were:To mentor mentor staff, organize trips to show the benefits of organic products and all the required processes behind the resort’s concept.After one month of work in Agro Market I started to create a rebuilding and improvement project. I giving suggestions to improve the infrastructure and tried introducing the staff to Western standards. I coordinated the project from start to finish, my job also required inviting and interviewing artists and architects for their suggestions about the concept.Even after leaving Sumatra, the managerial staff decided the concept I introduces was fruitful enough for them to keep implementing it.
