I had a pleasure of working with Werner on the same team for almost 2 years. He has always been a very professional and reliable colleague. I felt we shared a sense of camaraderie to deliver at the end of each Sprint with excellent quality. Werner would take ownership of his work from beginning to the very end: starting with clarifying requirements we would spar on challenges presented to us to get the best outcome, during implementation phase he would provide me small chunks of work and work side by side with me so that quality assurance was carried out in the best way possible, bugs found during testing were fixed on the spot! Even when the feature was released to the customers, we would actively monitor it together and improve based on feedback.
